The S.E.A. Leaders Junior Cohort is an 8-week immersive development program designed to equip young individuals with the tools they need to thrive personally and professionally. Grounded in the S.E.A. Leaders Training Institute’s mission, the program focuses on authentic leadership, emotional intelligence, workplace soft skills, financial readiness, and social media etiquette.

Participants engage in hands-on learning that builds confidence, accountability, and purpose-driven leadership. From crafting personal brands to understanding paychecks and planning community service projects, students graduate with real-world knowledge and a mindset rooted in excellence, adaptability, and service.

This program is more than preparation—it’s transformation. Together, we’re building a future community led by empowered, emotionally intelligent, and financially aware young leaders.
Authentic Leadership
Encourages youth to lead with integrity and stay true to their values, inspiring others through genuine actions and decision-making that reflects who they are.
Emotional Intelligence
Teaches students to understand and manage their own emotions while empathizing with others, improving communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills.
Soft Skills

Finacial Literacy
Equips youth with practical money management skills—earning, budgeting, saving, and understanding credit—to prepare them for financial independence and workplace readiness.
