About the event
Strong communication is a life skill—and a leadership skill.
The Teen Communication Lab is a free, interactive workshop designed to help teens strengthen confidence, self-expression, and emotional intelligence in a supportive, engaging environment.
During this hands-on lab, teens will:
• Practice speaking with clarity and confidence
• Learn how tone, body language, and listening impact communication
• Build emotional awareness and self-regulation skills
